Founder
A young, passionate farmer with a genuine love for the land. Dhyanchand learned plantation discipline hands-on from his father and spends time on active estates across Karnataka — observing crops, soil and seasonal rhythms. He maintains a trusted network of experienced farmers and field mentors, connects clients with the right on-ground expertise, and brings fresh energy to estate visits, planning conversations and long-term farm decisions. Calm, approachable and deeply invested in farming as a way of life, he helps bridge family wisdom with modern estate management.
Darshan
Co-Founder
A young farmer with hands-on plantation experience across the Western Ghats. Darshan leads on-ground operations, crop discipline and the day-to-day management that keeps every estate running with clarity.
Deekshit
Co-Founder
An experienced young farmer focused on modern estate systems, export coordination and transparent reporting. Deekshit brings energy, accountability and practical field knowledge to every client relationship.
